Why Somos InControl?
The official Sonos® app keeps getting bigger, slower, and more frustrating to use when all you want to do is change the volume or tweak the bass. Somos InControl is the opposite of that: one screen, the controls you actually touch, and nothing else in the way.
Open it, pick a room, and you're one tap from volume, presets, EQ, and Trueplay. That's the whole app.

A big, responsive volume card that's one tap from your home screen — no ads, no "what's new," no loading spinner. Turn on Live Activity in the menu (top-left) for volume buttons right on your Lock Screen and Dynamic Island.
🎛 Real EQ controls
Bass, treble, loudness, and Trueplay in every room — plus subwoofer, height, Speech Boost, and Night Sound where the room has them. All in one glance, no hunting through nested menus.
⭐ Sound presets
Hold a preset to save your current sound — EQ plus Night Sound and Speech Boost — and tap to bring it back. Different presets for movies, music, late-night, kids' TV.

Home theaters, stereo pairs, and single speakers all show up. Keep your 4 favorite rooms in the bottom bar and switch to any room from the menu.
